Managing complex solutions with emerging technologies

 

Description of the project

MACOSET is a Tekes funded research project conducted in parallel with the company development projects related to applying advanced fuel cell solutions is new products. The project is part of Finnish Fuel Cell research programme. The research questions are how the companies should manage their value networks and partners to exploit possibilities of new emerging technologies, and how to value, estimate and manage new products and technologies under high technological and market uncertainty. Dynamic development of the fuel cell industry and the systemic nature of end products and systems provides wonderful opportunity to apply and improve existing valuation and network management methods with participatory action research together with the companies participating in fuel cell porgramme.
