Teemu Surakka gained his M.Sc. in Product Development from Helsinki University of Technology in 2001 and is currently doing his doctoral studies at the same university. He has worked in many research groups and applied research projects focusing on the knowledge intensive work in product development. Surakka has written several conference papers on the subject. His current research interests lie in the use of knowledge intensive business services as a resource in product development and in measuring the intangible benefits of this collaboration.
